I currently offer two coaching options:
• Train With Me ($25/month) – A group-based coaching experience designed for runners who want expert guidance, structure, and accountability without the cost of 1-on-1 coaching. You follow the training plan I'm currently doing with suggested modifications and Office Hour Zoom calls twice a month.This option is ideal if you want a clear plan that fits into real life and helps you stay consistent and confident.
• 1-on-1 Personalized Coaching ($95/month) – Fully individualized coaching with custom training, ongoing adjustments, and direct communication. This option is best if you want hands-on guidance tailored specifically to your schedule, goals, and training background.
After choosing a plan, you’ll sign up and receive a link to an intake form so I can better understand your background, goals, and schedule.
Train With Me: You’ll get access to the member section, which includes a calendar of workouts, past and upcoming training blocks, and recorded Office Hour sessions. During live Office Hours (twice per month), I answer questions, explain workouts, and go deeper into training philosophy and planning.
1-on-1 Coaching: You’ll hear from me personally to set up an introductory Zoom call. We’ll go over your goals, training history, and lifestyle, then I’ll build a fully personalized plan for you. You’ll have weekly communication, customized training blocks, and worksheets to support goal setting, race planning, and long-term progress.
Cancellation is simple. Subscriptions can be canceled directly on the site at any time.
Train With Me is a group coaching plan. I upload workouts based on a race I’m currently training for, with limited modifications available. You’ll also have access to Office Hours twice a month, where you can ask questions about training, running philosophy, and anything else running-related.
1-on-1 coaching is fully personalized. You’ll receive custom training plans, ongoing adjustments, and direct communication tailored specifically to your goals, schedule, and training background. This option is best if you want hands-on guidance and individualized support.
I coach adult runners of all experience levels; from people just getting started to experienced runners chasing personal goals. If you want to feel confident, consistent, and happy about running, you’re in the right place.
Yes! I coach runners all over the world. Coaching is done remotely, and plans are designed to work across different time zones and schedules.
