I know what it’s like to juggle running with real life — work, family, and everything in between. That’s why my coaching focuses on helping you fit running into your life, not the other way around.
I’ve spent over 20 years competing and coaching runners of all abilities, from first-timers to seasoned racers. I created my first marathon plan in 2008, qualified for Boston, and went on to run 11 marathons — hitting my personal best at age 38.
Those experiences taught me that passion and consistency matter more than perfection. You don’t need to live like a pro to run your best — you just need a plan that fits you. My job is to help you find that balance, fall in love with running, and still have time for the rest of your life.
